1.       What do I need to register for camp?

Baseball and All Sports Campers must complete our electronic

registration found here. Here you will be asked to upload a

2-page form as well as immunization records from your pediatrician.

Payment should be mailed to the address listed on the registration form.

2.      Can you sign up weekly?

Yes! Families may sign up for whichever – and however – many weeks they’d like.

3.      What happens if it rains?

During heavy rain days, we would cancel camp and issue a credit for the missed day to be used

at any point later that summer.

4.      What are the hours of camp?

Baseball Camp runs from 9am – 3pm, Monday thru Friday.

5.      Where is Drop off and pickup?

We are located at Lake Nanuet; drop-off and pick-up are located by the little league fields, next to the park pool.

6.      Are there extra hours?

We have extended hours available for early morning drop-off for Baseball and All Sports campers.  Campers may arrive as early as 7:30am, for an additional cost.  Please contact us for pricing.

7.      What are the ages to be a camper?  A counselor?

For Baseball Camp, campers range from 6-13 years old.

For All Sports Camp, campers range from 6-14 years old.

To become a counselor for any of our camps, prospective employees must be at least 16 years of age, as per the Department of Health. Please contact us for a staff application if interested.

8.      Do I need to be a resident to swim in the pool?

Campers don’t have to be Clarkstown residents to swim at Pitch by Pitch – all campers have access to swim in the pool during camp days. Those campers without a seasonal Town card will pay a nominal daily fee to access the pool.

9.       Does my child have to pass the deep water test to swim in the pool?

Since campers will not be using the deep end at Lake Nanuet, there will be no deep water test administered. We ask that campers remain in water no higher than chest deep, as per the Department of Health’s regulations.
